Welcome to Kentisbeare School Association
The KSA is the Kentisbeare School Association – the parent run charity responsible for raising vital funds for the school.
All parents are automatically a member of the KSA, and we welcome contributions from everyone, no matter how big or small, throughout the school year.
The KSA Committee for 2018-19 consists of:
Chair/co-chair - Melanie Frier
Treasurer - Matthew Gardner
Secretary - Michelle Parton and Karen Hutchings
We have a wider committee consisting of parent members from each year group and have also recruited child KSA representatives in each class.
Recently, the KSA has helped to pay for coaches to swimming lessons for every child, IT equipment, music licenses, theatre trips and books. This year we’re trying to raise money for all of this, and more!
There really is a role for everyone - please don’t think you need any fundraising or organisational experience to be involved! Likewise, we know how busy all parents are, and how many pressures there are on our time. Whatever your strengths, every parent will have something to contribute.
